am, been snoozing my alarm twice. supposed to wake up at 615 but haven't been getting out of bed till 640! did usual topstone park loop, 1.8 miles on trails. 4.75 miles total.

pm ran after work time trial to terre haute bench. it was cool out in the upper 60's and i figured it was as good a day as any to go for my pr up the mtn. warmed up 0.7 miles, had to poop in woods. did. had tp which was good. even had hand sanitizer in the car. anyway so i decided i would be more conservative and not stupidly go out too fast then die in the last 1/2 mile uphill. I held back a little and got to the 1 mile mark (the top of the first hill) in 8:02. i remember last week i got here in 8:01. didn't feel gone yet like last time. got to the bottom of the second hill in ~9:52. felt pretty good on second climb and touched bench in 15:40! 18 sec faster than last week. i did have my trail racers so that certainly helped as did the cool weather and low mileage. there were a couple of annoying downed trees that made me end up going 1.88 miles instead of the normal 1.86. (8:20 pace today)

ran back down for 4.45 miles.

got back home ran 1.0 miles with kristin on road. Then had dancing lesson
