I picked up some sort of bug at bear lake and had no energy for about 3-4 days, so I didn't run at all sat-tues. I was feeling a little better so I decided to go for a tempo run around the trail and Bloomington hills. It was super hot- about 81 degrees I think. I did alright with my splits considering the heat and the hills. I need to remember to always bring water. Mile splits: 9:06, 7:35, 7:51, 7:48, 7:43, 9:12
