I finally got another run in this week. It felt good to run again even though I'm feeling really sick and run-down. This week has been pretty busy and stressful with the baby sick and in the hospital and many sleep-less nights. I'm glad she's back home and doing a little better. Treadmill run: 10 min warmup, 2x10 min tempo increasing speed from 8.0-9.0 miles per hour w 3 min recovery & almost 8 mins of cool down
