| Easy warmup, 10 minutes @ 9mph, 15 minutes @ 9.5, 20 minutes @ 10, 6 minutes @ 10.5, easy short cooldown. Felt much better than yesterday and strong throughout. The chiro session last night was great. I was going to push it a few more miles but decided to shut it down while I was still feeling good. Almost there. 6:18 |

Great run up past vivian park and back with a good crew this morning. Scott, Toni, Dan, Bill, double Steve, and I met at the Orem soccer park and started up the canyon in the rain. We got to bridal veil when the trail became icy and not runnable so we crossed the bridge and ran on the old road to the highway, and then on the highway and up south fork to make it 8. Cruised it on the way back and got a nice 4 mile sub 6 push. The rain stopped at the halfway point and we were treated to an absolutely beautiful morning. Scott and I finished up with 2 easy cooldown miles in the grass at the soccer park to make it 18 for the day. So thankful to be feeling back to my old self. I love runs like this. 6:56
Scott I saluted you with my Dunford I picked up on the ride home :).
