I've been running and strengthening for a few months now, after a 5 month injury layoff (stress fracture of the femoral neck), and I'm slowly getting back into shape. I'm so happy to be back out and excited to see everyone on the roads, trails, and at races again. My best to all of you in your journeys! If you'd like to follow mine you can click the strava or imstagram links above.

In addition, if there is any way that myself or my team can be of service to you please come see us at Runner's Corner in Orem Utah where I'm now working as the general manager. Or just come in to talk shop, we'd love that too!
