Barry, first step would be to vary the mileage from day to day depending on how you feel. Ten miles one day maybe five-6 the next, and then 12-13 miles the next morning. Are you sleeping enough? Getting enough carbs/protein?

Thank You so much for all your help. I sleep about 7ish hours a day. Carbs and protein i think i am but not sure. i need to keep a diary of what i eat. Also, i have always wondered why the vary of mileage from day to day?
