Had a good run today. Kory and i ran eleven miles. Hip is getting better, instead of hurting by mile six i am just a little sore. Not much planned for today. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
Hey your doing great this week keep up the stretching on the hip, and try stretching all areas of the hips, I now stretch the groin, piriformis, itb, quads, hammies, and it helps with the hips :-)
