Boy today weather was nasty. I was running in rain/snow with 14 MPH winds and gust up to 20 MPH. My first half of my run my overall pace was 7:11 per mile and the last half i was able to bring it down to 7:01 per mile. Anyway, Happy New Year and God Bless!
