Personal:
I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Garmin has been found. Was in my shoe that I wore today - go figure. Got up a little late so I missed the crew but just went out on my own out to the school and back.
PineValley: Got up late and the weather was perfect. Went for the double trail loop and cut it off a bit for 10 as I needed to get back to the house. Loved the Newtons, trail shoe. (Terra Momentum Orange: 10)
