| Spectrum 10K Ran this with Carrie. It's fun to have her around running races with me. Started out pretty good with her and ran a decent clip for us. Tried to push through the rollers and maintain the pace. Carrie dropped off at mile 4 and I decided to power that hill and see if I could make it under 53 minutes. I made that goal by 2 seconds so that was fun. I am actually getting back to some of my better times so that's some motivation to keep running. (Cumulus 8: 271.7) |
