I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Coeur D'Alène: Nice run to make it 30 for the week. I didn't make it everyday; however, I did run more times this week and had more mileage than I've had in awhile. Felt good running through the neighborhoods along the mountains and big pines. (Kinvara: 172.7)
