Personal:
I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Track workout: 2 X 200, 6 X 800 with some recovery after each set. Good pace today. My calf muscles are screaming ... I think yesterday was a bit much for them. (Kinvara: 38.9)
