Track Workout:  Felt pushed and held a good pace throughout.  Hopefully these workouts will gradually increase my pace.  I'll have to write down the workout so I can remember what Dennis has us doing each week.  Let me see what I can remeber from today:  1 mile warmup.  4 - 100's sprint and glide with 300 recovery.  4 - 200's pace/tempo with 200 recovery.  4 - 800 tempo with 400 recovery.  Back to 2 or 4? - 200's nice pace with 200 recovery.  4 - 100 sprints accelerations with 100 recovery.  Indian run for 400.  (Landreth 4:  176.84)
