Ran 1.92 in 23:08.  Ran 2 walked 1.5.  My knee has been hurting, but not bad enough to stop running.  After this run, my right knee started swelling and I started to limp.  Over the next two weeks, it got much worse where I could barely walk. I kept thinking it would just get better.  Finally went to the doctor who gave me a corisone shot.  That stuff is amazing.  I walked out of that office without a limp and barely feeling the pain.  The doctor diagnosed me with Pes Anserine Bursitis.  He put me on a hamstring stretching regimen.  He said I had the tightest hamstrings he has ever seen and he has seen a lot of tight hamstrings.

Hiked Camelback mountain 2.2 miles 1300 foot elevation gain in 2:20:07.  Was hoping to complete in 90 minutes.  Was very dissappointed in how out of shape I am.  I was sore for a week after this hike and it knocked me off the running bandwagon and took over three months to get back on.
