Three days of running in a row and the first 5k post accident. But I don't. Despite feeling like I have been eating well my weight has gone up. My back is still hurting and my shoulder has gotten noticeably worse. I started back on the pain meds, but I worry those will max any running issues.

She has swim team starting in the summer and I told her she should start running to get in shape before. Glad she took the initiative to ask. Got up this AM with no complaining as well. We ran 10 min pace for most, but she kicked it up the last .2 to sub 9. Hopefully we can convert this into a regular thing. She wasn't winded much at all at the end, so will probably increase the distance next time, but rather it be too easy and make a habit than make it to hard and have her not like it. |
