I would have had a cardiac infarction from going from so hot to so cold so quickly. A random old man on a bike told me to keep up the good work. That was encouraging.

I actually think that may have contributed to my father's death. He came home saying how hot it was. Then he got a huge cup of ice water to drink. That may have triggered it.

Anyway, one lady on a bike this morning called me sir. It made me feel good.
