Miles: 3.11 Time: 32:31 Pace: 10:28 Avg HR: 160, Shoes: Brooks Addiction (309.29) Rained last night, cooler, but very humid this morning,

Normally I run at night.  Less cars at 6AM than at 11PM.  When running at night after a rain, don't remember it feeling this humid.  Sun behind the clouds all run.

 Walked 1.1 miles with the family at Boyce Thompson Arboretum.
