Nice headlamp run up Dry Canyon after getting home. Totally sold on trail miles. Not a single ache or joint twinge at all during runs this summer. Course that might be because I'm running so slow too.

Hey just saw that you're registered for the Skyline Mountain Marathon tomorrow. Good luck! I'll see you tomorrow morning.

Yep, I asked last night for a late entry and the director gave me one. I'm not in shape yet for trail racing but I really want to try it out. Saw you ran a 3:24 on that course. Insane. I ran over Ben Lomond last week and that's a tough trail.

Nope I only ran a 3:35 when I ran it 2 years ago, but I'm in much better shape now than I was then and I am hoping to run under that this year. Nathan Peters ran a 3:24 last year. I think you will like the race. It's a very difficult course, particularly the climb from mile 12.5 to 15.5 or so. You wouldn't have run on that section last week if you stayed on the Ben Lomond side of the North Ogden Divide.
