I flew home from DC today and spent the afternoon with the girls watching them taking horse riding lessons.  It was an awesome afternoon.  There is just nothing like watching your kids enjoying life.

I still had to get those 10 miles in so I headed out into the cold about 10pm.  It was a perfect fall night with a full moon, this is what running is all about.
