Sorry I can't make it with you guys. After I talked with you on Sunday, I had been on the fence and my intestinal issues and lack of recovery from St. George really made me reassess my ability to do the run with you and Rob. I hope you guys have a fun and safe trip and run.

Definitely time for gloves and tights! I'm already at the point where I lose circulation in my hands unless I take a super hot shower right after a run. Still hard to beat fall weather though :)
