Ran up Echo Canyon to the base of London Spire, rope climbed the 1,950 foot Southwest face.  I am so slow at this, it's amazing.  Weak as a runner.  Rapelled down and ran back.  One of the top ten trail runs/climbs I have ever been on and my first "Big Wall" climb.

I have my doubts this was Hemingway. It doesn't sound like him but it's attributed to him. But I did like it.
