Spaghetti legs today. Good start but after a few miles had to back it off. Quickly discovered I could run about 6:05 today, any faster I started to crash, the legs just hurt. If I slowed down to 6:20 or so they recovered quick, so I tucked in just above 6 and waited for the finish. Rob passed me at 7 miles and wouldn't slow down to talk. Kassi chicked me. James flew by me. Great races today by Rob M and James Moore. Good to see Dennis pulling back from an injury too. I'm betting he will be setting a few new records by Fall. I had to bust out after the race quick to get my kids, not much time to say hi to anyone afterwards.

You are a total beast! Your past 2 days is a thing of greatness! Unbelievable. Animal. Nicely done.

Watching you guys take off was fun!

This has to be the slowest 15k on record! 56 hours. Steve I know you've lost a step, but come on! (Sorry someone had to give you a hard time about putting the time in wrong).

Not a bad effort after Friday's run. You're an animal!

I think you are the only one that noticed, lol. Are you heading to Phoenix this weekend?

I am heading down despite having a bum knee and shingles all over my face! Haha. Should be fun though.

Nice seeing you out there Steve. With the two big runs, showing up today was amazing and you still ran well.
