Kansas City? You moved? What's up with that?

Easy 1 miler this morning down to the golf course and back.  cloudy and misty this morning.  Hamstring is feeling just fine but it feels kinda weird to run on since i havent been able to in the last several months.

1 miler this morning down a different direction than yesterday.  Not a whole lot can be explored when your only doing a 1 miler.

Found a little trail down by the golf course and explored around for alittle bit.  Hamstring was feeling a little tight at the end.  Pulled out the roller and tried breaking up the scar tissue.

Chilly morning today with all the rain and wind from this past weekend.  Got a running partner for a couple of weeks until Trev gets here. Plan for this week is a 121212 slow build.  Plan is by middle of may to be up and rolling again for some longer stuff.

Rainy day here in KC. Good run around the 435, soaking wet within .25 of starting. Calves cramped up at mile 2 had to walk for a hundred yards or so and stretch them out. Got back to the complex and ran the last quarter in barefoot on the road.

Biked from my place out to Longview lake and enjoyed the 90% humidity morning on the shore of the lake.  This is the first time ive biked in a while and my legs were a little shocked when i got done.  Im excited to get back into some cross training miles.

This morning i explored out to another part of town that I had not been to before. There is a road that goes underneath all the freeway exchanges and I went down that for 2 and then back home. Energy was okay, but I defiantly felt the bike from yesterday in my quads;but it also allowed me some time to loosen up my calves. And then .25 barefoot

Got up this morning to run with a buddy in OP, but he bailed on me. Oh well, I still ran out in OP and found a trail loop to get some miles on. I planned on 4 but I'm super drained from donating blood yesterday and not a great nights sleep. So I pushed out all I had.

My buddies showed up after my run and we did a quick 1.

Headed out for another 10 on the bike towards Grandview. Nothing special, decent ride. Ave 15.2 mph.

This morning was the coolest morning yet, right about 58; no wind though so it was brisk to start. Headed west under the 435 to new area but couldn't explore much with only 4 miles to do it in. This is my 3rd day on the Rhodilla 110's supplier from nutrilite and I've noticed that recovery is improving a bit in between runs.

It's nice to run and not feel like your bones are breaking from shin splints and stress fractures. After a good weeks recovery I finally got out and back into my base building groove. This morning I did the grand view loop backwards. Cool temps, humidity was way low, and it was just a nice enjoyable run.
