We had a 3 mile 5:30 in the morning run to arctic circle.

Todays work out included a 800m warm up.  Then our team streatched for about 10 minuets.  Now its tiime to run.  An about 800m warm up run to our mile reapeat place is where we start our reapeats.  For this work out we did 4 a little less than 1mile repeats.  And the short jog back home.

I don't usually write that much, but it is fun to go back to workouts months ago and remember exactly how it was. So I guess I am a total nerd. Yup. Welcome to the blog, homeboy. Your blog name is weird. Do you really think Holt even claims you? jk, :-)

From The Beast on Mon, Sep 24, 2007 at 23:36:16

I think you should change it to Gregs boy because that would be true! Good run on the mile repeats though.

Nice to see you on the blog. If you keep it up to date, it can be a very useful tool in your progression as a runner. NOW AS FAR AS THAT NAME GOES...?!

Todays run just plane rocked my socks off.  I felt terrible during the first two miles but the last bit i was just fine!  I dont know what mile it was around but there was a huge mud pit.  And Coach Holt!!!!!!!!!!  didnt tell me that he made a detour around it.  :)  But oh well, it's kinda fun to get all muddy.  I also beat my last weeks 8mile time with a 54:30.

Todays run included a nice 8min mile pace while running with my buds dannie willy and Elsworth.  On the way back we stoped in the mall at the GNC place to research Proformance enhanceing pills and creatine stuff.  (Not Steriods)  The rest of the way back was just a light jog.
