Busy at work today. National debt repercussions come to mind. We can not continously take out another credit card..
AM-Easy 10 miles with upper body weight lifting later.
PM-Easy 6 miles with pickups and walk jog cool down after. Way too skinny lately so I'm beefing up my diet calorie wise. Weighed in at 60 kg yesterday. Yikes!
