PM-4 miles ez at dinner time. 7th/10th/o/b.
AM-6 miles ez. 7th/State loop. 7-7:30ish pace.
PM-5 miles at lunch ez state union o/b. same pace roughly.
AM-4 mile jog with a pickup at the end. 7th/o/b. Shutting down the engines a bit before a quality session on Friday.
