Personal:
AM-Easy 10 mile jog this morning. Probably around 8/min-7:30 pace. Definitely felt the pickup at the end.
AM-Another base builder. Easy 10 miler at 7:30-8:30/min mile. Sandy Parkway Trail.
AM-4 mile jog up 7th/Union.
AM-10 miles up and down 9400s/7th. Felt crazy tired this morning for some reason..
AM-4 miles at 8-7:30/mi on the treadmill. Just rebuilding the aerobic base and fat furnace is the goal now. Pretty sure that was one of the contributing factors in last Saturday's underperformance.
AM-10 miles with 8 on the treadmill and 2 on the road. 7:30-8:00/min/mi. Mostly 7:30ish.
