AM-4 miles this morning on 7th. Crappy sleep and quarreling cats last night kept me awake so I decided to work on a project and listen to some old time radio shows. Went for a run and took a nap afterwards.
AM-6 miles aerobic resistance run on 7th/7800s/o/b. (40:39) Felt good once I got warmed up. Average heart rate has come down a fair amount with the cooler weather along with better aerobic fitness.
AM-10 miles with alternating LT/Mp intensity miles. Went by feel with no watch timing. Slow to get warmed up but once I did things took off.. state/parkway/7th o/b.
