AM-15 miles late morning with the last 5 miles at 4 min alternating LT/MP effort. Draper township o/b via 13th east. Lots of wind heading out.. 80 degrees F.
PM-No run. The workout plus the heat left me a little drained this evening. This was the longest distance I've gone in a while so no surprise. The great news is that I didn't have have to stop. Not even once for sciatic, hamstring or PF issues. Thats a big deal for me.. It means I can actually train like the old Steve again:) I just need to be really methodical and cautious.
