Age is just a number.

Took today off. It is Sunday and I have already violated the Sabbath by going shopping. 

Easy to steady state run today.  This run felt cool temperature wise at 74 degrees compared to most of my workouts. Late night swing shifts are great running wise in the winter. You definitely pay the price during summer though..

AM-Easy 10.5 miles o/b.

PM-Easy 5 mile jog this afternoon at the park.

Just found a RCA 56 X-610 which looks to need a home. The only thing that appears to be a challenge is the top of the bakelite cabinet.  Sunlight damage ugh..  However some polishing should get it back into good condition. Replacing bad wiring along with caps and resistors will bring this old radio back into new condition. One of my favorite radios mainly because the RF stage is very sensitive and also has good selectivity. The bad part of it is that it has rubber wiring.. Most of the old late 1930s sets have cloth wiring which is in good condition.

PM-10 miles easy to steady state effort. 

PM2-Easy 4 mile jog at lunch time.

AM-7miles easy with some short sprints at the end.

PM-Easy 3 mile jog at lunch time.

PM- Progressive 10 mile run to 5k pace effort at the end.  Feeling some gains now in my fitness. 

Easy 8 mile run this afternoon.  Looking at some demographics tonight.  It's interesting how people are leaving blue states in order to live in red states.
