AM-4 miles easy. 7:36 avg.  Rain supposedly coming Tuesday to clean things up in the air. Overall though I would have to say that air quality wise it hasn't been as bad as some years.

AM-9 miles. No watch. I think I'm going to start doing the stair climber on a regular basis. I'm getting tired of having the same compensation issues and imbalances all the time. It's probably a combination of things, but mostly just being a distance runner.  Anyway.. It probably won't hurt to try something new for a while.

AM-Medium aerobic run-(Stairmaster for 20 minutes. Then moved over onto the mill at 9.0-9.5 incline adjusted for 6 miles with an additional 6 on the road combined at 7-7:20/mile or so. Weights both upper and lower body.  Noticed some decent improvement on the leg press today, however I think my butt is going to be sore..
