AM-9 miles. No watch. I think I'm going to start doing the stair climber on a regular basis. I'm getting tired of having the same compensation issues and imbalances all the time. It's probably a combination of things, but mostly just being a distance runner.  Anyway.. It probably won't hurt to try something new for a while.

The other end of the equation will be to fix the crazy posture that I sleep in.. That from what I understand now can really play havoc with the hips and supporting muscles.
