High end aerobic run of 8 miles with some surges at the end. 6-6:30/mi avg. Some easy surges down to 5:30 range just before cool down. Feeling much stronger with some sleep today literally like night and day compared with my last workout. I know that lack of sleep is my number one workout killer along with flipping the schedule all the time. I'm really frustrated.. I guess you just go with it, take the good runs when they come and take the best care of yourself possible. |
