Pyramid workout: 2x200 w/ 200 recovery after each. 1x400, 1x800, 1x1200, 1x1600, 1x1200, 1x800, 1x400, with 400 recovery after each, 2x200 with 200 recovery after both.. Between 6-7 miles with warm-up and cool-down. |

| 7:00 a.m. Ivins to St. George Gold's Gym. 20 miles in 3:03:11 with Rick. Very nice morning along the Snow Canyon Parkway path, Half-way Wash path, Dixie Drive bike lane, Santa Clara River and Virgin River paths, and up the Middleton Wash path to near Gold's Gym. 60 mile week. Starting our 2 week taper, feeling pretty good. |
