Started with a 4.34mile warm up at SHP. Then we ran 8x400m on the most tactical part of the course. My splits were as follows: 76, 74, 75, 77, 78, 77, 79, 74. It was a really hard workout. I was able to push through it and run a consistent pace. Nothing better than having a hard morning workout and feeling accomplished the rest of the day. I plan on running a 10miler tomorrow. Hopefully I can wake up since I have slept in more than I should have 3 days this week. |
