Rested a week and got my knee checked out. Turns out I have Osgood-Schlaters. It is swelling of the tendons connecting my shin muscles and my knee cap. I stretched and heated it up and it felt fine. Just a little bit of a "nagging" pain. I ran 45mins in the lower Dimple Dell Gully. I was more tired after about 20 than usual. I think it was because I hadn't run in a week.
