Ran in the Jv race with Conner Nance, Jacob Allred, Aaron Wright and Isaac Murri. Conner took 1st, Jacob 7th. I took 9th. Ran a true cross country course PR of 18:10. Felt very good about my race and my finish. I felt like the workout on Monday helped me run the hills more efficiently!

I love the approach you're taking to this Ashton. We will be counting on you next year a lot more.

Keep running with us OK? If you feel like maybe you need a break until Monday, that's fine too.

Great run Ashton. Such a big improvement this year!

I will keep running with the team all the way through South West and the off season!
