It was around 3miles I believe. I’m not sure since I didn’t take my gps watch with me, but it was a similar route to a couple days ago with a little extra added on top of it. I ran through downtown Rexburg then wrapped back toward campus up the hill towards the temple and down back to my apartment. My hip started to bug me on the down hill so I toned it down. I finished with 2 striders, 20 push-ups and 30 crunches. I’m feeling a lot more healthy and have noticed I have more energy since restarting my training. I’m really enjoying it!
