After being up all night with sick kiddo and laying around most of the day, I finally washed all the pukey laundry, mopped up the barf, swept up albuterol and atrovent breathing treatment bullets, and made it to the dreadmill at the Y. .5 warmup 8:34 pace, and then, surprise, my legs were a go. 2 miles up 4% 7:30 pace, then just let em turn fast for the next 5.5 down -2% 6:40, 6:35, 6:31, 6:27, 6:22, 6:18. getting very close now to my St. George hill workouts of old.
