Slept 5.5 hours after work then got up, it was 85 degrees instead of the promised 80. Did miles 13 and 14 in 6:48, 6:44, felt fatigued and didn't want to go into an overtraining hole so shut it down, then felt good again and ran mile16 in 6:48 then shut it down again. Good enough long run, I've had enough good workouts this past week, off to finish this busy work weekend and hopefully catch up on sleep the next few days. |
