Sad little trot between shifts while my daughter was at her appointment. So tired, have gotten unused to night shift and having a hard time sleeping. Meant to get up for a second little run but opted for another hour of sleep. Recovery is still important, no need to push. Looking forward to a longer, more leisurely run tomorrow. So tempting to launch into tempos and stuff but reminding myself that June is to build, build, build and regain strength. Patience!!! |
