one hour fight club. then out for the run, I knew my legs were fatigued but short on time so threw in a little tempo. .62 warm up then 2 at 6:30, 6:45. These just felt hard. ugh. Then I just went to jog it out and on a whim did the last two 6:41, 6:49. I concentrated on just staying relaxed and cruising and these felt much, much easier and were in control. weird. I think a few days of recovery jogging are in order because my legs are pretty fatigued. |
