| I was planning on doing speed at the Oval today before heading down to Cedar. However, the weather didn't look so good, and mine and Jaden's moms wanted us to leave earlier. We got to Cedar around 5:30. I met up with Ashley Hawks after it was dark. We did 5 miles. My watch said we were going at 8 minute pace, and I really hope that it was wrong. It felt so much faster than that.

| I ran with Brighton, Sharlie and Ash in the afternoon. We did Hospital Loop and then added on a bit after. My body is still feeling pretty exhausted. I think it might just be from the faster miles, but I am not really sure. We averaged 7:35 pace. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do 8 or 10, so I split the difference and did 9.

| Today was our first official day back. Coach was up in Salt Lake, so it didn't really feel like an official day back. A lot of the girls are injured right now, so we had a really small group. I felt pretty tired, but I was able to stay with Ash. My "underbutt" is still bothering me, so I stopped at 6. We went 7:15 pace. It's been kind of a tough week. I haven't really been enjoying running, and my body hurts.

| I went 9 today. We were going at a 7:15 pace again today, but it felt a lot easier. My body is still hurting though. I think I might drop my miles until I start to feel better.

| We still haven't had a practice with Coach yet, which is really weird to me. The run today was supposed to be on our own, but I met up with Brighton, Ash, and Annalee. We tried a new run today, which was fun. It ended up being a really really uphill run by the church, but it was okay because we kept the pace a bit more under control (7:26). I stopped at 6.

| Met at noon to run with Brighton, Ash, and Shar. We did Farm Run, which is one of my favorites. My body didn't feel tired at all, and that was a huge relief. I actually enjoyed the run! The "underbutt" started hurting with under a mile left, but I am hopeful that it is going away. After the run, we met up with the boys and went to All-American Diner. That was fun! I have high hopes for next week. I definitely want to start feeling better.

| I wasn't going to go to practice today because I had really really bad cramps. I started to feel a bit better right before 3, so I decided to give it at shot. It was pretty miserable because I was in a lot of pain, but I am glad I went. I felt like I got a good workout in for sure.

| Today was a nice easy day. After the warmup and form mile, Coach told us that we were dropping miles today because of the speed from yesterday and the speed that we will do tomorrow. Instead of the usual 6 miles, he only had us do 5. Also, we didn't need to stay within a range. So, the team did 5 and then I added on 3 with Ash, Brighton and Shar. I ended up with 9 for the day, but it felt a lot shorter. We ran about 7:30 pace. After, we had lifting. Lifting is good because it makes you stronger, but bad because it makes you feel weak. I had my first yoga class today. It was nice and I liked it :)

Warmed up one more mile and did some strides
80% and whistle hills
3.5 laps on the track, and then to Home Depot. The first mile was pretty fast, but then we all slowed down quite a bit. My stomach has still be bothering me. I threw up in the middle, but finished fine.
3 miles in 19:28 (that does not include throwing up and getting stuck at the light on Main)
We then did 3 sets of whistle hills at 10, 15, and 20 seconds.
