I was planning on doing speed at the Oval today before heading down to Cedar.  However, the weather didn't look so good, and mine and Jaden's moms wanted us to leave earlier.  We got to Cedar around 5:30.  I met up with Ashley Hawks after it was dark.  We did 5 miles.  My watch said we were going at 8 minute pace, and I really hope that it was wrong.  It felt so much faster than that.
