Started off with 6 miles before the club run.  I felt really good during the run.  My intent was to keep the pace slow as I am building up my weekend mileage.  Averaged 7:45/mile and it was really easy.  Met up with the club and did another 7.1 on my own.  I wanted to get in 14 today but I had to coach a soccer game so I felt like I needed to cut the run short.  I was in charge of the water this morning and ended up waiting around while others finished.  I could have and should have gotten the other mile in.  I averaged 7:15 for the last 7.1 and felt great during the run.

I guess that means the hamstring didn't bother you? Good. It's already soccer season there? Glad I don't start coaching again until September.

I only had mild soreness in the hamstring. We have a spring and fall season but they only last about 6 weeks each (8-10 games). This is my son's last year playing (whose team I coach) so I will probably start coaching my daughters next year.

Nice job Andy!!

Still don't know how you can call a 7:45 a really pace.

(How did the game go?)

Sorry I didn't make it today I wanted to run my old route and see what I could do.

So did Jeromy not so today or did you go on your own for fun?
