Perfect running weather. It was nice and cool with no wind.  Today was just a quick and easy 5 while trying to get the legs refreshed.  Had another swim class last night.  Wish that I could say that it was better than the first.  The kick board was still a problem  I just don't get it.  That should be the one thing that I can do.  After telling my girls about the class they wanted to come and watch.  I guess they  needed a good laugh.  Emma told me that she would teach me how to use the kick board.  The swimming wasn't any better but I could at least tell what I was doing wrong which I think is a step in the right direction.

Have a great weekend.

Little kids are amazing kickers. I was swimming with my son who just turned 5 last night and we were racing. He pretty much only uses his legs and I was having to swim kind of hard to keep up with him. Keep us up to date on the classes. It is an entertaining read.

Thanks Rhett. The only reason why I post it is to keep me going back. I am so bad at it that I really don't want to keep going back but know that in the long run I will enjoy it.

I tried to do the kick board thing the other day...SO BAD!!!...I hardly moved...all it did was made my legs very tired. I am CERTAIN yours is much much much better than mine. At least you're taking swimming lessons...I am still debating about it, too chicken.

Well now you're making me nervous to learn how to swim.

Dale - Don't let me scare you off. I can tell that it is something that I am going to like. I just hate being this bad at something.

Oh, I won't get scared off. I've wanted to learn all my life. My entire family is going to take lessons together, so it should be fun for all. I know what you mean about being that bad at something.

Good Luck tomorrow! I will be thinking of you speeding down that mountain tomorrow.

I am sure the swimming will get easier...it can't get harder right!
