My legs are still tired and sore.  Decided to take it easy today and tomorrow in hopes that my legs will feel a little more fresh on Saturday.  As I was running on an overpass I noticed some pages from a magazine scattered across the sidewalk.  Yes, that kind of magazine.  I picked up the pages and found a dumpster to dispose of them.  This is actually the second time that this has happened while I was running.

Great active recovery run! Hope the soreness go away fast so you will have fresh legs on Saturday's race! GOOD LUCK!

So sad to come across "filthy" trash and not just once!

Thank You for cleaning up the filth!

I am sure you will be super fresh on Saturday. Do you have a goal for this race?

From Andy on Thu, Aug 06, 2009 at 15:54:18 from 199.190.170.22

Kathie - I don't have a specific goal. I should come in around 1:25-1:27. I'm really interested to see what kind of shape I am in. My 5K's have been alright but you can fake those.

So when is your next swim lesson. I'm glad you stumbled across the "trash" and disposed of it properly instead of some 10 year old boy finding it.

Done your good turn daily.
