My ex was taken to the hospital last night for diabetic ketoacidosis and I was at the hospital until 2 a.m.  With only 2 hours of sleep last night I knew that running too much this morning would be a mistake.  Felt as lousy as I expected but am glad to get a few miles in.  She will be fine.  She just needs to spend a couple of days there to get her body back on track.

Glad to hear that she is going to be ok. I hope that you get a nap today! Good job on getting out.

Hope things are ok. Pretty gutty dedication on your part Andy. Are you running Ogden?

Thanks, guys. Mike - I'm not running Ogden. I needed a little break for the past few months to recharge the batteries.

Wow Andy I am glad to hear she is OK.

Next time I don't feel like running I will remember your 5 miles with no sleep and get my sorry butt out of bed!

Andy,

Glad to hear that she is doing okay. And once again I am amazed at what a great guy you are!!

I hope she gets better soon. I can't believe you still got out and ran. I'd have tried to sleep a bit longer.

Andy, you are a very good man.
