Met Tara at the LPT.  I keep thinking it will be warmer and end up under dressed.  At some point it has to start getting warmer.  I don't think either one of us wanted to push the pace today so it was just a nice general aerobic run.  Averaged 8:06/mile.

That is a good find. Let's keep the results on the 620 our little secret. I don't think Becky will be very happy about that. It is kind of stunning how poorly it performed.
