Footing was really poor due to the snow storm. I was just happy to get through the run. My hamstrings are really bugging me again. I wonder if it has anything to do with the cold weather? It seems to flare up the day after a storm.
Andy sorry I flaked out on Saturday. Did you have a good turn out? I went to hit the snooze button and turned the alarm off I am not sure if it was on purpose or not!
There were 6 or 7 of us there on Saturday so about the usual size. It seems like there are a few different people there every week but they never come back. Maybe we are doing something to scare them off.
Sorry about the hamstrings flaring up again. You must be getting old, NOT!!!
